So instead of catching up with diets, it is better to be conscious of building a healthy diet. What are products with negative energy balance?
They are commonly said to have negative calories. This means that they provide the body with less calories than it needs to digest and excrete them. Tomatoes are tasty, very healthy and great in a low-calorie diet – in 100g of this vegetable there are only 18 calories. In addition, tomatoes contain lycopene, which is an ingredient that inhibits the development of neoplastic cells.
Now something for fans of hot flavors. Chili peppers are an excellent product for people who care about the line. Not only do they have a negative energy balance, they also speed up the burning of calories, and this by as much as 25%!
Finally, spinach, lettuce and kale, which are basic vegetables with green leaves, have to be replaced. They are a rich source of fiber and thus facilitate digestion and are very saturated.
Each of these products can be eaten in virtually unlimited amounts. Remember, however, that your diet should be balanced, i.e. it should also contain products with a positive energy balance, necessary for normal functioning of the body.
